Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
1. In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat until incorporated, about 2 minutes.
3. Enjoy!
