My boyfriend and I took a trip to Savannah, GA last March to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Amongst our many stops on River Street, we swung by Savannah Bee Company. They sell the most amazing pure and naturally organic honey supplies and beauty products. I bought the Everyday Honey set which includes a tea, grill and cheese honey. I have already used the tea and grill honey numerous times but couldn’t figure out what to do with the cheese honey. I decided to recreate one of my favorite appetizers from The Wine Loft, a baked brie en croute with a vanilla honey drizzle, using this super simple recipe. The warm brie and honey paired together made the perfect afternoon snack. I served mine with crackers, grapes and some chammomile tea but you can also serve it with your favorite white wine.
